No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a provider, that a provider will contact you, or that any provider will have space when you need it. We also do not guarantee prices, discounts, unit sizes, delivery dates, pickup dates, insurance options, or service quality. Any prices you see or hear are typical ranges, not quotes.

Before you book, verify all important details directly with the provider in writing. That includes price, fees, size, timing, access hours, cancellation rules, damage coverage, and what services are included.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing provider terms before you agree to anything.
